How much are website hosting plans?
We design client website's in the platform Squarespace. Their customer service is impeccable and they include website hosting, SSL for security, the option for domain hosting and they even collaborate with Google Workspace if a professional domain email is needed. This helps create ease when managing your website in the future! You can find a list of their plans and pricing, linked here. The annual personal and business plan is the most popular for Jennifer's clients.
You will also receive 20% of this annual total at sign-up due to working with S co.
How do I get a domain if I do not already own one?
We've got you! When the time comes to take your website live, you will receive one free year of domain hosting through Squarespace (depending on your domain). We will walk through the steps to secure your domain name.
What are your communication hours?
We always do our best to respond to emails within 24 hours on weekdays and the following business day on weekends or holidays. Our typical hours are 8am-4pm Monday-Friday.
How do I get a professional business email?
This is optional, however, you have a few routes you can take. If you already own your domain and have purchased it through a third-party hosting company (www.domainhere.com) they more than likely offer email hosting as well. You can go to your account with them and sign-up for a professional domain email.
If you do not own your domain and would like to have a professional email, we can help walk you through these steps for at a package add-on fee of $90
What if I need additional website pages on my website?
This is common for Jennifer's clients - (For example, a careers page or a second service page, etc..) We are happy to add additional pages to your site outside of the four that are included in your package. These are an additional add-on to your package at $90 per page. We also design custom marketing brochures, email signatures, Powerpoint slide deck templates and more. If interested in additional add-ons, just let us know and we can send a custom quote.
