Hi, i’m Alisha!

I’m an East Texas native and former Fortune 500 leader turned founder. After working my way up the corporate ladder, I led one of the world’s top beauty brands, collaborating with names like Paul Mitchell, Toni & Guy, and Matrix. I traveled across the U.S. training top artists for one of the industry’s most coveted roles at New York Fashion Week.

After nearly a decade in leadership, I decided to channel my experience in trend forecasting, brand psychology, and high-end design into launching my own boutique brand and web design studio, S. co Creative.

Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with businesses connected to 7-figure influencers, New York Times bestselling authors, and celebrity brands.
