This is an exclusive package for past clients that need items checked off their to-do list "ASAP" by cutting out the waitlist and removing back and forth emails to allow a one-on-one project dedication. This helps knock-out those projects within 2-4 days with full support vs. our typical 2-6 week turnaround and a wait time of up to 6 weeks.

APPLY FOR A VIP DATE
Complete our interest form linked here to apply for a VIP date and share your to-do list vision.

DESIGN INTENSIVE PRE-GAME
We schedule a 30 min. Zoom chat to review the details, your vision and send our welcome packet for you to begin gathering the info/files for our start date.

YOUR VIP DESIGN INTENSIVE
On our start date, we will dive deep into your design to-do list and move all feedback and communication to our private Slack channel.

DELIVERABLES & SUPPORT
Within 2-4 days, you will receive the final deliverables from your to-do list along with any style guides, tutorials and final questions needed.
VIP DESIGN INTENSIVE FAQ
WHAT CAN’T THIS PACKAGE BE USED FOR?
Full brand designs, full website designs, full website re-designs exceeding 6 hours.
WILL I NEED TO BE AVAILABLE FOR THIS?
Yes! This is a 1:1 design service with a fast turn around. We will need your feedback on designs, approve edits, etc. The faster we receive a response, the faster we can move into to the next project on our list. You will have access to our private Slack channel for ease in communication.
HOW MUCH DOES THIS VIP TREATMENT COST?
The 16 hour (which includes one 30 minute zoom and direct Slack support for up to 5 days post completion) is $2,400. A 50% deposit is due to secure the start date. The final payment is due one week post start date.
WHAT INFO WILL YOU NEED FROM ME?
Once your date is secured, we will send over a welcome packet that contains a to-do list to complete along with links to a shared folder to start adding all of the information and files needed to begin.
WHAT IF I NEED MORE WORK AFTER OUR DAY?
If our time allows, we offer our à la carte design menu items and additional design work at an hourly rate discounted for our VIP Design Intensive clients.
WHAT IF MY INFO ISN’T READY BY OUR START DATE OR NEED TO RESCHEDULE?
If you require a date reschedule within 10 days of our booked start date or are not able to have your content ready by EOD on our provided due date, we require a project reschedule and cannot guarantee the wait time on this. This is subject to a $100 design fee added to your final invoice due to us booking in advance.
