DESIGN CLUB FAQ
WHAT CAN’T THIS PACKAGE BE USED FOR?
Our hourly monthly hours cannot be used for in-depth designs including new website designs, or new brand designs. These will be quoted separately or only available in our Tier One Membership.
WILL I NEED TO BE AVAILABLE FOR THIS?
Since we are fully trained and 100% familiar with your style and website needs, there is no need to set aside specific review time for your website edits. We will shoot you an email when your requested edits are complete (within 10 days of edit submission) If there are any additional tweaks needed, we will include them within your monthly hours.
DO I NEED TO INVEST IN CANVA PRO OR ANY OTHER EXTRA TOOLS IF I JOIN?
Nope! Our Canva Graphics will be full customizable on your end with the base free Canva account. As for any other tools, we will not require any additional software unless an integration is requested or discussed during your monthly website edits. New monthly graphics launch each first Monday of the month!
HOW MANY HOURS ARE INCLUDED A MONTH?
We include anywhere from 2 design hours in your subscription. These hours are perfect to use for those tedious tasks including but not limited to blog uploads, scheduling updates, SEO, social media designs/prompts, service updates, new simple pages, copy edits, etc…
WHAT INFO WILL YOU NEED FROM ME?
Once your requested edits are submitted in the form above, we will reach out within 1-2 business days with a shared folder/doc to gather any needed imagery or copy.
HOW LONG WILL I HAVE TO COMMIT FOR?
This membership is only a month-to-month commitment, no contract required – which means you can easily cancel at anytime, for any reason or pop in and out when you need additional design work! Although we're pretty sure you're going to want to stick around forever ;)
WHAT IF I NEED MORE HOURS AFTER MY MEMBERSHIP TOTAL?
If our time allows, we offer our club members additional design work at an hourly rate discounted rate of $100 per hour. As a Design Club Member, you are first in line for requested projects. Our availability is based on our schedule.
WHAT IF MY INFO ISN’T READY BY THE EDIT SUBMISSION CUT-OFF DATE?
We require all monthly edit requests to be submitted no later than the 25th of each month. If you are not able to submit requests before the cut-off date, no worries! You will have two fresh hours begin on the 1st.
*Previous monthly unused hours do not roll over to new months.
ARE UNUSED HOURS REFUNDABLE?
Any unused hours monthly hours are not refundable, and do not roll over to new months. It is important that you request your monthly design edits before the 15th of each month to be eligible for us to complete them within the current month.
