Through color, pattern, story, and type, we create brand identities that will grow alongside your business for years to come.
01 Booking
First things first, start by filling out our contact form linked here. In order to give each project and brand the attention that it deserves, we take on a select number of clients each month.
You will receive our design proposal and call schedule to meet via email to customize the perfect package to get your brand launch worthy.
Once we solidify the perfect project direction for your proposal and sign the agreement, your first project payment acts as a retainer to secure your project on the s co. books.
*We offer a three part payment plan for projects over $3,000 and can chat about a custom payment plan outside of our three part.
02 Discovery
Once your project is on our books, you will receive our welcome packet to be completed by your project start date.
This includes our in-depth brand questionnaires covering all aspects of your business and what you’re specific vision is for your brand and designs. The more information the better, so that we can build your branding with creative strategy and intention.
If you’re partnering with us on your website, this will also be the time you provide all content. We will provide you with our website content guide. Your current images will also be due at this time so we can establish a plan of attack with both imagery and art direction. In your welcome packet, we will provide a link to a private shared Pinterest board where you will pin any imagery, fonts and/or website designs that inspire and speak to you the most!
03 Creative Direction
After our start date begins, we dive into your welcome packet information to learn more about you and your brand vision. For branding clients, we begin your brand strategy and provide up to three strategy directions to review. These are an in-depth outline of your branding that serves as a guided example of our approach to your vision.
Within the brand strategy, you will receive a Moodboard that encompasses the overall mood. This includes: color palette, typography inspiration, imagery that mimics the mood/feel of the brand and a logo concept direction.
This is meant to outline our approach prior to moving forward to the brand element designs and to give you a chance to perfect the visual direction if anything seems off before we begin the final branding. You will have an assigned revision period to the chosen direction to perfect the direction before finalized.
04 Creation & Review
After we have a strategy behind your brand solidified, we move Into the creation phase together and present your Branding Concepts.
This includes previews and reviews of all branding elements included in your package.
You will have an assigned revision period, as well as an optional call to talk through brand aspects and adjustments.
Once your brand direction is finalized and all elements are ready, we then dive into any additional add-ons you have added to your project.
05 Brand Launch & Celebration!
Once your project is complete, we will export all final files in .png format (.pdf for any print add-ons). We provide you with a custom brand style guide that outlines your brand direction and helps you stay aligned with your new branding moving forward.
If you have web design or additional collateral beyond our first brand package, now is when we would begin that process. From here, we design your branding collateral to create a fully custom brand experience and begin your custom website design with the newly found strategy. This includes all custom final branding elements, a fully functional and customized Squarespace website and a personal video and guideline to walk you through the ups and downs of up keep on your brand’s website. You will have an assigned revision period for this step to provide any edits and feedback.
